Lakeside Realty leases dock slips annually to Cedar Cove residents only, if available.

​We have 65 boat slips: 1 visitor slip, 15 seasonal slips and 49 annual slips. ​

Seasonal Slips lease for $620.00 for the period of April 1 - October 30. ​

Dock slips are available on a first come first serve basis, with continuing contracts every year.

Interested residents-to-be must send a confirmation of a signed contract, the Cedar Cove home address, and an anticipated closing date to Eugene Boling at heboling@aol.com to reserve a slip. The lease will not be fully granted until actual closing.

Are there architectural review processes for making changes/additions to property?

Residents must submit Architectural Review paperwork to make any changes to the property such as fence, driveway additions, storage sheds, retaining walls, etc.
