  • Is the Homeowners Association required? 

    • Yes - all homeowners in Cedar Cove are required to join the CCHOA. ​

  • Are there required fees for the HOA? 

    • $200.00 Initiation fee is due at closing.​

    • $457.00 Annual dues which can be paid annually, semi-annually, or quarterly.

  • Are boat docks available to all residents? 

    • Lakeside Realty leases dock slips annually to Cedar Cove residents only, if available.  

      • ​We have 65 boat slips: 1 visitor slip, 15 seasonal slips and 49 annual slips. ​

      • Seasonal Slips lease for $620.00 for the period of April 1 - October 30. 

      • Annual Slips lease for $780.00 

    • Dock slips are available on a first come first serve basis, with continuing contracts every year.  

    • If you are purchasing a home in Cedar Cove send confirmation of a signed contract, home address and an anticipated closing date to Eugene Boling at heboling@aol.com to reserve a slip.  The lease will not be fully granted until actual closing.

  • Are there architectural review processes for making changes/additions to property? 

    • Residents must submit Architectural Review paperwork to make any changes to the property such as additions, fences, driveway additions, storage sheds, retaining walls, etc.  

  • What amenities are available for residents? ​

    • Clubhouse for residents to use for personal gatherings as well as community events. 

    • Tennis Court

    • Locked Dry Storage Facility

    • Overflow & RV parking availability

    • ​Stocked pond great for fishing

    • Several Common Grounds Areas - picnic tables, benches, gazebos,  playgrounds, and basketball hoops are included in these areas.
